WHAT DO I DO NOW?

INITIAL CONTACT: If you have not done so already, complete all the information on the Required Commercial Info page and email that information to us. If you have already submitted that information, then sit back and wait. We will acknowledge receipt of your information by email within 24 hours.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE OF YOUR ACCOUNT: Again, you need to do nothing. If you have emailed your free revisions to us, you will be notified within 48 hours that your website has been updated according to your requested revisions. (Please note, whether or not you wish revisions, the balance of your account must be paid into PayPal within one week.)

AFTER YOUR WEBSITE IS COMPLETE, MAKE AN ATTRACTIVE EMAIL AND A SNAIL MAIL LETTER to promote your new business website. If you need help creating this letter, we can assist you (go here for some samples of promotional material created by Sandra Bell). Once you have it done to your satisfaction, send the letter by email and snail mail to all your business contacts, associates, friends, relatives, acquaintances, and anyone else you can think of to get the word out that you are in business and you are ONLINE.

ADD THE URL (Internet address) OF YOUR WEBSITE to your letterhead, business stationery (such as invoices and order forms) and your business cards. If you need help desiging your letterhead, business stationery and/or business cards, let us know - we can help. If you need help designing a logo, we can do that too.

MY SITE IS ALREADY BRINGING IN NEW BUSINESS. I HAVE HAD MY TWO FREE REVISIONS AND WANT TO ADD SOME PAGES TO MY SITE. HOW DO I DO THAT?

IF YOU WISH TO DO THIS FOR YOU, simply send us an email telling us what you would like added. We can give you an estimate of the additional charge. If you like what we say, give us the go ahead. If you need to provide us with photo scans or other material, get it out to us as soon as possible. Once we have all the required material, we will finish the job for you within a couple of days.

IF YOU WISH TO DO THIS WORK YOURSELF, let us know and we will forward the files and required information to you. (Note: this option is available after all accounts with TWO BELLS have been paid in full - also note: you will require knowledge of HTML, web tools and the use of web programming software such as FTP to upload information onto your site.)

I WANT TO ADD PICTURES OF MY PRODUCTS TO MY SITE BUT HAVE NO SCANNER. CAN I DO THIS?

YES, BY ALL MEANS! Simply take the pictures with a good quality film of the products you want displayed. It might be easier if you can find a friend or business acquaintance to scan the pictures for you, but if that isn't possible, then mail them to us by ordinary mail. We will provide a mailing address upon request. Scanning for the first 5 pictures is free -- $1 per picture after that. If you mail the pix to us, you will need to include return postage, either as a stamped self-addressed envelope, or if you live outside of Canada, as disbursements on top of the balance of deposit.

I HAVE PAID YOU FOR MY SITE AND I WANT TO BE ABLE TO WEBMASTER MY WEBSITE FROM NOW ON. CAN I DO THAT?

YES, WE WILL TURN THE SITE OVER TO YOU AT YOUR EMAILED REQUEST. This will be completed when all outstanding balances have been paid to . From then on, you can add or subtract as you wish. Obviously, knowledge of HTML and web tools will be required on your part. (Please note: once the site is turned over to you, any subsequent work you may wish TWO BELLS WEB DESIGN to do on it will be based on per piece estimate and may be higher than $10 per page, depending on how much work is required.)
