INITIAL CONTACT: If you have not done so already, complete all the information on the Required Display Info page and email that information to us. If you have already completed and submitted the information, then sit back and wait. We will acknowledge receipt of your information by email within 24 hours.

PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE OF $37.50 AND/OR OTHER OUTSTANDING BALANCES: Again, you need to do nothing. If you have emailed your free revisions to us, you will be notified within 48 hours that your website has been updated according to your requested revisions. (Please note, whether or not you wish revisions, the balance of $37.50 must be paid into PayPal within one week.)

SEND ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTANCES THE URL TO YOUR NEW SITE: Let them know where they can view your new page.

I WANT TO DO A RESUME SITE BUT I DON'T HAVE A RESUME THAT IS SUITABLE - AND I'M NOT SURE OF THE OPENING PAGE. CAN YOU HELP ME?

YES, WE CAN. Both Alex and Tony are master resume creators and have helped each other, friends and now strangers soon to become friends create compelling resumes that have landed them jobs. Sometimes it requires merely some judicial tweaking; other times it requires a complete overhaul. Judicial tweaking is free - simply request the additional resume questionnaire by email, fill it in and return it. (Note the site we created for D. Kloski - judicial tweaking was involved here after Derrick answered some questions for us.) Major overhauls or creation of resumes requires extra time and therefore, in fairness, extra compensation. Let us know what you have, and we can give you a quote on any extra cost to you that is involved.

MY RESUME DISPLAY SITE HAS GOTTEN ME THE JOB I WANT. I'D LIKE TO GIVE MY NEPHEW THE SAME THING. WHAT DO I DO?

IF IT IS A SURPRISE, fill out the Required Display Info on your nephew's behalf, with as much information as you know. After the website has been created for your nephew, you can give it to him. Then you and he can get together to list any revisions in the free preview/revisions option. If you have a copy of his resume, that's great - if not, he can provide it at free revision time.

IF IT IS NOT A SURPRISE, simply forward the URL to your nephew. Ask him to complete the Required Display Info, send it back to you, and you forward it to us along with the deposit of $37.50.

I WANT YOU TO CREATE A SITE CALLED "ALL ABOUT BRIDGE" FOR ME AND MY BRIDGE BUDDIES. I HAVE ABOUT 10 PHOTOS OF CLUB MEMBERS AND VARIOUS TOURNAMENTS WE HAVE PLAYED IN. CAN I HAVE THE PHOTOS INCLUDED IN MY SITE?

YES, BY ALL MEANS. Simply fill out the Required Display Info and email the answers to us, along with $37.50 deposit via PayPal. Once we have acknowledged receipt of your information and deposit, email the scanned pictures to us. Or, if you have no scanner or no friends who will scan them for you, mail them to us by snail mail. We will provide a mailing address upon request. Scanning for the first 5 pictures is free -- $1 per picture after that. If you mail the pix to us, you will need to include return postage, either as a stamped self-addressed envelope, or if you live outside of Canada, as disbursements on top of the balance of deposit.

I HAVE USED UP MY TWO FREE REVISIONS, BUT I WANT MORE REVISIONS AND MORE PAGES. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO ADD A COUPLE OF PAGES?

Email us :) TELL US WHAT YOU WANT. We will give you a cost estimate of how much it will be to add what you want. The estimate will be roughly based on $10 per additional page.

I HAVE PAID YOU FOR MY SITE AND I WANT TO BE ABLE TO WEBMASTER MY SITE FROM NOW ON. CAN I DO THAT?

YES. WE WILL TURN THE RELEVANT SITE INFORMATION OVER TO YOU AT YOUR EMAILED REQUEST. From then on, you can add or subtract as you wish. Obviously, knowledge of HTML and web tools will be required on your part. (Please note: once the site is turned over to you, any subsequent work you may wish TWO BELLS WEB DESIGN to do on it will be based on per piece estimate and may be higher than $10 per page, depending on how much work is required.)
