What will I get for my $50.00?

You will receive the following:

The $50 website
package includes:
• free web-hosting,
including 100 mb of space.
If
you prefer banner-free hosting and 250 mb of space, it's available for
$6.95 per month. Or the website package can be delivered to you for
uploading at the site of your choice.
• access
to additional help with your website.
Want things changed AFTER your initial previews and two free revisions?
No problem - for a small additional fee, pages can be added or changed
by request.

at your request, a web-based email address,
completely set up in the name of your choice and accessible from any
computer with Internet capability in the world. You could, of course,
do this yourself, but some people don't know how. If that's the case,
ask us and we'll set it up for you. Return

What if I don't like the color or want the font changed?
A.
No problem - you have two free revisions. Just
write down all the things you want changed and email
them to us. We will change them. Take
a look after we notify you that the changes are completed. If there are
still things you want changed, you have one more go at it at no charge

A.
Again, no problem - just email us

Q. What do you consider
a web page size?
A.
Each page is between 3 and 4 monitor lengths,
based on an 800 x 600 pixel resolution. Return

Q. How do you
get the information for my website?
A.
Go to the Required Personal
Info page. Copy and paste the questions on that page into an email,
answer them as best you can and email
them to us.
The more information you give us, the more we can personalize your page
for you. Your website is created based on the information you give us.

Q. I want to
get a website done for my niece for her birthday. How can I do this and
still keep it as a surprise?
A.
No problem. You just complete the Required
Personal Info as set out in 5. above as best you can.
After you have given the
website to your niece, you can gather any additional information, filling
in the blanks, plus whatever she might have to add. Using your free previews
and revisions, send this new information to us to update the site to more
accurately reflect your niece's preferences and tastes. Return

7. Q.
I have quite a few pictures but no scanner. What do I do?
A.
Again, no problem. If you don't have a friend who will scan the pictures
for you, you can mail them to us by snail mail.
We
will scan them for you and return them at no additional fee for scanning
5 pictures for you, other than return postage. After that there will be
a small additional fee of $1 per picture plus return postage. You simply
include a self-addressed stamped envelope to return the pictures to you.
If you are in a country other than Canada, simply add the U.S. dollar
amount of the postage to your bill payment and we will buy the postage

8. Q.
How should I send my photos to you? And in what format?
A.
If you are scanning your own pictures, save them as either .jpg (or .jpeg)
or .gif - these
are the easiest to handle. Once you have them saved in that format, email
them to us as attachments to your email. Return

Q. What
are your payment terms? And how do I get the money to you?
A.
Terms are as follows:
- $25 along with
the submission of your completed
Required Personal Info.
- the balance
is payable after completion of your free revisions - we will send an
invoice for the balance.
- Additional
amounts for extra scanning or additional changes or pages as they are
incurred will be added to the final invoice.
- All prices are based
on U.S. dollars.
- Canadians, please
note that the $50 USD includes GST.

Q. When can I
expect my website to be in my hands...er...browser window?
A.
Some of this does depend on you :) However...
- ...from the time
we have in our hands your completed Required
Personal Info and any photographs or other material you want included
in the site, you are guaranteed delivery
of your URL for your first free preview within one week.
- Your first free
revision will be completed within 2 days of receipt by us of your changes,
depending on the extent of the revisions. Your second free revision
will be completed within 2 more days of receipt by us of your changes,
if any.
- You will then receive
your revised, finished website within 2 days of our receipt of your
second revision instructions, or when the remainder of the $50 fee and
any additional charges have been paid into the TWO
BELLS WEB DESIGN
PayPal account, whichever is the later. Return
